Accounting
We supply the Ringana products and the Sensus Magnus in Germany, light stone, Austria and Switzerland on invoice.
The maturity is prompt after goods receipt.
All other products need to be paid in advance or on delivery. The following payment methods can be choosed prepayment, COD and paypal - please advice withing the checkout procedure.
Forwarding expenses Austria, Germany and Switzerland:
With orders under € 70 5,40 € for postage and careful packing must be computed. Orders over € 70 are dispatched free of charge.
Forwarding expenses into other countries:
Here we charge resulting forwarding expenses starting from a minimum purchase order value of € 80.
Packing:
All packing materials can - if the RINGANA recycling action is not taken up - in public collectors is disposed. As wadding Popcorn is used, which can to be disposed as bio waste or animal fodder.
Returns:
Without previous agreement sent back packages cannot be accepted. The same applies to transmissions, which unfree we keep.
