The ABC of nutrition - with RINGANA PACKS, the body simply gets its daily portion of vital elements, precisely balanced and without overdosing. Some vital elements are broken down very quickly in the body. In order to guarantee optimal effects, the various PACKS should therefore be spread out over the day.

PACK balancing

Modern eating habits and lifestyles impact the acid-base balance of the body. This can lead to acidosis. Algae extracts such as Chlorella, Spirulina, and AFA algaes, rich in chlorophyll; botanical minerals and trace elements make the new PACK balancing an excellent alkaline.

PACK cleansing
Regulated digestion is fundamental to physical well-being. With today’s eating habits, we often don’t get even half the recommended amount of fiber. PACK cleansing is a concentrated fiber and fruit mixture with promoting probiotics.

PACKS antiox and balancing dosing
Once a day, dissolve the contents of a pack in a glass of water (about 1/16 l), and drink quickly. PACKS antiox and balancing can be taken at any time of day. For best results, use the original RINGANA shaker. After taking the PACK, we recommend that you drink another glass of water.

PACK cleansing dosing
Once a day, or as needed, dissolve the contents of a pack in a half glass of water and drink before a meal. For best results, use the original RINGANA shaker. After taking the PACK, drink at least one glass of water.

One pack contains 28.5 calories (PACK antiox) or 3.7 calories (PACK balancing) or 26 calories (PACK cleansing).

Tips
PACK antiox, balancing, and cleansing can also be added to yogurt, milk, fruit juice, or soy rice milk, according to taste. Or, use it together with yogurt to garnish salads or vegetables. In order to be able to use vitamin C, which is quickly broken down, all day long, we recommend taking different RINGANA PACKS at different times throughout the day.
During the first few days, you might want to take only half a pack of PACK cleansing, so that the body can get used to the additional fiber. For a diet that is especially low in fiber, and/or for digestive problems, two packs can also be taken, spread out during the day.
